Sale of shares in Icom Print Works Limited

DJM’s corporate department have advised on a restructure and sale of shares in iCOM Print Works Limited. The owners, Dave Baker and Donald Reed, have sold print works company to Hague Group for a substantial sum.
iCOM Print Works specialises in print management including printing labels for the healthcare and commercial sector. Nathan Wain, director of Hague, said that iCOM Print “have established a reputation for providing outstanding service and products to their customers. I am looking forward to building on that success.”
The sellers Dave Baker and Donald Reed are now focusing on growing the rewards business.
